Brian Raab
Founder and President

Mr. Raab founded BioEarth in 2007 to bring his technological expertise to the benefit of environmental projects in developing nations around the World. His 25+ years of project management experience, global contacts and visionary problem solving abilities have provided the perfect footing for BioEarth's rapid expansion.
Mr. Raab has licensed Patents and intellectual properties for the latest technologies in the fields of Pyrolysis, Waste to energy, Composting and Water Purification. He has brought on experts in every field needed to complete the corporate missions and support the Millennium Development Goals and the United Nations.

Mr. Raab has trained the team via real world network designs for towns, all over the world, and provided the administrative support through cost analysis, marketing surveys, census studies, economic impact and need forecasting, rurality calculations, extensive mapping in: streets, Topographically (2d,3d), satellite, aerial  Quads, building and tower locations, co-location facilities and broadband availability.

Mr. Raab is a member of the Project Management Institute, IEEE, The Renewable Energy & Energy Efficiency Partnership, Friends of the Earth international, Water Partners International, Sustainable Business Network of Greater Philadelphia, Global Water Partnership, World water Council, Wiser Earth, International Desalination Association, Waste to Energy Research and Technology Council,  
 

Steven J. Wilk
Co Founder
VP Operations, Mechanical and P.M.

In 2002 Steve was introduced to Mr. Raab (WiFi Hut.com). where he assisted with designing wireless internet projects for; Hotels, condo complexes, municipalities, 1st responders, 911 centers, Video cameras for an interstate traffic control system.  2007 Mr. Raab asked Steve to join him in setting up the BioEarth team.

Mr. Wilk has taken a leading role in project development and he heads up all corporate research  duties. His knowledge of different countries and cultures has been a great asset in BioEarth project presentations. Steve has been talked with patient research and technology review for some of the cutting edge equipment BioEarth is preparing to deploy on the next projects and make available for public sale.

Mr. Wilk started his in the automotive field after he graduated from Wyoming Technical Institute in 1977. After  He specialized in the driveline specialty field where he rapidly learned the business from the bottom up. He forgave his vacation time to go to the AAMCO Center Manager Institute for advanced branch manager training. He helped the owner from being a new business to within 4 years to receiving the highest award available in the franchise. They opened a 2nd center their 5th year.

After 6 years Steve decided to open his own independent center in 1986. That he still operates today.  He has worked with some of the industries leaders the help in specialize fixes that plague the industry even working with wireless sensors and communication devices to control information for the functions of transmission. His center is very well known in the area for their diagnostics and quality repairs.

Steve Barnett

Mr. Barnett’s vast knowledge of advanced technologies was instrumental in guiding the direction of BioEarth. Together the team has worked on large project development for many multinational humanitarian groups. Mr. Barnett has pulled together project teams from across the world to facilitate the mutual humanitarian mission of using advanced technology to solve the problems faced in the world today.

He has reviewed and advanced the various methods of composting, Pyrolysis, Gasification and Algae processing. His 20+ years as a marine engineer and 7+ years running regional governmental Bio-Solids composting facility has proven to be a key asset in the structuring of BioEarth.

Mr. Barnett sits on multiple boards including: The Soil and Water Conservation Board / The Solid Waste Advisory Board and executive board for Resource and Development.

 

Jerry G. Mikolajczyk
Interim CFO


Mr. Mikolajczyk has been on the Board of Directors of BioEarth Inc. since it's inception and is the Interim  Chair Financial Officer. Jerry has over 15 years of experience of being on the Board of Directors of several public and private companies. Mr. Mikolajczyk is the founder and principle of Platinum Works, Inc. (PWI) which he founded in 2000. MineCore acquired PWI in June 2004 resulting in a Reverse Take Over. Mr. Mikolajczyk maintains controlling position of the shares of MineCore.

Mr. Mikolajczyk has more than 27 years experience in Executive and Senior Management positions with large international mining, exploration, construction and oil & gas companies. Mr. Mikolajczyk has been involved in mining projects such as Syncrude tar sand mining, one of the largest oilsands mining operations in the world, Key Lake Uranium mine, Hope Brook gold mine, and International Nickel Company of Canada (INCO).

Mr. Mikolajczyk's business career spans over 35 years with his expertise in operations. Mr. Mikolajczyk is an internal control specialist and has performed hundreds of audits including operations audits, SOX compliance audits, internal control reviews, and internal control assessments. He has presented seminars, lectures and papers on internal control.

Mr. Mikolajczyk has worked for Fortune 500 companies such as BP Resources (British Petroleum), SCI Group of Companies, Syncrude, Bechtel, Guy F. Atkinson and INCO. Most recently, Mr. Mikolajczyk was seconded from MineCore/PWC to the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) in California. Here, Mr. Mikolajczyk served as the turnaround, interim CFO at the $3.3 billion asset (cash portfolio in excess of $1 billion) California-based transportation authority.

Mr. Mikolajczyk is a professional accountant and forensic auditor by trade, holding CIA and CGA certifications in addition to a diploma in Business Administration. Mr. Mikolajczyk is also widely recognized for his creativity and ability to think outside the box.
 

Harvey Funk

Lead Compost Engineer and Trainer

Mr. Funk has more than 35 years of experience in solid waste management, includes studies, planning, design, start-up, operations monitoring, acceptance testing, official statement feasibility sign-off, technology evaluation, project management and project development.  Was responsible for the formation of a 50-person engineering group committed to solid waste management with emphasis on resource recovery.  Has been directly involved in the design of major waste to energy facilities and material recovery and composting projects in numerous States using several technologies. 

Mr. Funk has licensed his patents and intellectual property rights to BioEarth. Mr. Funk is influential in all decisions related to composting and Pyrolysis technologies and will be our in charge of training the trainers for the Bangladesh "BioEarth Clean Dhaka Initiative".


Robert Woog
International Project Manger

Mr. Woog has forty years of operating management experience in telecommunications, a significant portion of which has been spend in international projects in Asia, Europe, Latin America, Canada, Africa, and the Middle East. Starting in AT&T Long Lines in the late 1960's, Mr. Woog held a variety of management positions in engineering, operations, overseas traffic, data systems development, R&D, and military systems. From 1975 to 1978, Mr. Woog was a prime adviser to the Imperial Government of Iran managing all long distance network activation for both civilian and military requirements. Upon his return to the US, Mr. Woog spearheaded AT&T's research into Office Automation developing one of the first large scale email systems utilizing UNIX. He left AT&T in 1983 to join a start-up deploying digital microwave systems for local bypass. From there he took over the US and international operations for a Canadian high-tech company offering trading turrets to the financial community and command and control systems to Public Safety organizations. In 1995, he joined another start-up in its infancy, this time to develop an international managed network to serve the global needs of the financial community, setting up network and business operations in the US, Canada, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. That company, IXnet was sold in 2000 for over $3 billion. In 2002, Mr. Woog decided to focus on his own consultancy and has been creating and managing a variety of telecom projects in Vietnam, Pakistan, trans-Pacific, Africa, and the US. In addition, he has been advising a private equity fund on telecom opportunities and has led their due-diligence teams for several acquisitions. Mr. Woog, over the last three years, has consulted as the Project Manager for a major US conglomerate to migrate all of their networks to a unified data network structure.  At present, his primary focus is developing an entity to deploy a 14,000 kilometer international sub-sea fiber optic backbone communications network along the western coast of Africa originating in Lisbon, Portugal and terminating in Cape Town, South Africa. The backbone network will contain branching units and/or spur legs to land in every country in the region and will potentially link in twenty three countries and significantly impact voice, data, Internet, and ICT throughout the region.
